Ordering

Using our configurator, you can customize your EVENTIM gift voucher to the occasion. To do this, select a motif of your choice and customize a personal message. After choosing the desired amount, you can add the voucher to your cart. In the cart, you can then select the desired delivery method.

Delivery

You will receive your personalized gift voucher as an online voucher in PDF format immediately after you order. You can forward your voucher in PDF format via e-mail or print it yourself, fold it if necessary and give it as a gift.

Redemption

You can use the gift voucher to purchase tickets at www.eventim.hr. To do this, first select the desired event and add it to your cart. By entering the coupon code in the cart, the amount will be deducted from the purchase price. Any remaining amount will be kept on the voucher for future purchases. EVENTIM wishes you lots of fun!

Vouchers can be redeemed within 24 months after date of issue. Any remaining credit cannot be paid out, but will remain with you for the validity period of your gift voucher. You can redeem several gift vouchers in one order. A subsequent credit of a voucher to an order already placed is not possible. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers or be cashed out.
