Azimut in Šibenik was founded in 2013 and has since served as a club, concert venue, and gallery space spanning more than 500 m² with a capacity of around 200 for concerts. Located at Obala palih omladinaca 2, Azimut quickly became the epicenter of the city’s independent cultural scene. Its programming includes a wide range of music—from local bands and regional acts to international guests—alongside exhibitions by contemporary artists, workshops, and educational projects. Azimut aims to be an inclusive space, open to the community and encouraging artistic expression and audience participation. The venue has been recognized for its impact, receiving the Šibenik City Award for its outstanding contribution to the city’s cultural life. The interior of Azimut is particularly notable: converted from historic 15th-century water-wells, the space hosts concerts, exhibitions, and cultural gatherings year-round, not just during the peak tourist season.
