Arena Zagreb is located in the southwestern part of the city, in the direction of the A1 motorway entrance from the New Zagreb roundabout.

The parking within the complex is reserved only for visitors with VIP tickets, but nearby there are two shopping centers and a large number of public parking spaces.

People with disabilities enter through the South entrance of the arena (Sector B), where there is a special elevator to the 2nd floor, which has two reserved boxes for individuals with disabilities. This rule applies unless the event organizer at the Arena specifies otherwise.
