Špancirfest is a ten-day street festival held annually since 1999 in Varaždin, Croatia, at the end of August. During this period, the city’s historic center transforms into a colorful open-air stage with more than 500 events spread across multiple zones. The festival combines music, theatre, street performances, children’s workshops, exhibitions, creative installations, and a rich gastronomic scene.
Popular areas include the Wine Town, Burger Festival, and Carlsberg party zone. The musical program features both free large-stage concerts and intimate shows at Villa Bedeković. A highlight of the event is the street program, showcasing international artists such as acrobats, clowns, puppeteers, and musicians.
