Siniša Biško is a Croatian musician, songwriter, and accordion player from Velika Gorica. He is recognized for his work in ethno and sevdah music and for blending traditional musical elements with contemporary arrangements. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as an expressive performer strongly connected to musical heritage.
For nearly two decades, he was the founder and lead singer of the band Pirati, with whom he performed extensively and established a recognizable presence on the Croatian music scene. During this period, he developed his identity as both an author and interpreter, emphasizing the accordion as a central instrument in his musical style.
Biško began engaging with music in childhood, participating in amateur competitions and forming his first bands at a young age. Years of live performances and audience interaction shaped him into a confident and charismatic stage performer.
In 2023, he embarked on a solo career to further develop his personal artistic direction. His debut solo album Ti, samo ti was released in 2025 and features ten tracks that combine traditional melodies with modern production elements. Notable songs from the album include the title track, Prijatelji, dobra večer, and the duet Kad nekom srce daš.
He achieved notable success with his concert tour Večer za dušu, performing across Croatia, including a sold-out show at the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall in Zagreb. His concerts often feature numerous musicians and accordion players, highlighting a sense of musical community and rich traditional sound.
Biško also founded the ensemble Etno Orchestra, dedicated to preserving and reinterpreting traditional music in a contemporary context. He lives in Lazina Čička near Velika Gorica, is married, and has two sons. His ongoing work remains focused on promoting and preserving musical heritage through a modern artistic approach.
