The SATCHVAI Band is an instrumental rock project uniting legendary guitarists Joe Satriani and Steve Vai. After nearly five decades of friendship and occasional collaborations, they decided to form a joint band in 2024. Their first collaboration, the track "The Sea of Emotion, Pt. 1," was released in March 2024. The lineup also includes renowned musicians: Kenny Aronoff (drums), Marco Mendoza (bass), and Pete Thorn (guitar). In the summer of 2025, they will embark on the "Surfing With The Hydra" European tour, covering 18 cities, including London, Paris, Amsterdam, and Zagreb. This tour offers a unique opportunity for guitar music enthusiasts to experience live the virtuosity and energy of two of today's most influential guitarists.
