Nipplepeople is a Croatian electropop duo from Zagreb, formed in 2008. They are known for their anonymity—performing masked and avoiding personal identification—focusing solely on their music. Their sound blends elements of downtempo, trip-hop, and synthwave, creating atmospheric and danceable tracks that have garnered a large following, particularly within the LGBTQ+ community.
Their breakthrough came in 2010 with the single "Sutra," which won the Loud & Queer Award for Single of the Year in Serbia. The following year, they released a cover of Zdenka Kovačiček's hit "Frka," which became a major hit in Croatia and Serbia. The duo has performed at numerous festivals, including EXIT, Sea Star, and Terraneo, and is known for their energetic live performances.
In December 2024, Nipplepeople were announced as one of 24 participants in the Croatian national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, Dora, with the song "Znak." They finished seventh in the final.
