Milky Chance is a German music band formed in 2012 in Kassel. The group consists of Clemens Rehbein, Philipp Dausch, Antonio Greger, and Sebastian Schmidt. Their music style blends indie rock, electronic, reggae, and folk, creating a unique and recognizable sound.
Their breakthrough came with the single "Stolen Dance," which became a global hit and topped charts in multiple countries. Their debut album "Sadnecessary" was released in 2013 and gained them wide popularity, especially in Europe and the U.S. They followed up with the album "Blossom" in 2017, solidifying their status.
In 2019, they released the album "Mind the Moon," collaborating with other well-known artists. The single "Don't Let Me Down" became highly popular. In 2021, they released a surprise mixtape called "Trip Tape," featuring original songs and remixes. Their fourth album "Living In A Haze" came out in 2023, and in 2025 they recorded a live album with the Vienna Symphony Orchestra.
