Leap

LEAP is a British indie/alternative rock band from London, formed in 2021. The band consists of frontman Jack Balfour Scott, guitarist Adam Mason, bassist Declan Brown and drummer Hector Cottam. Their music blends gritty guitar energy, punchy drums, catchy hooks and sprinklings of electronic elements — creating a distinctive hybrid of raw rock force and modern indie sensibility. In 2022 they launched their career with the EP One Million Pieces, with the track “Energies” quickly becoming a signature anthem. Over the subsequent years they released several singles and EPs, culminating in their debut full-length album Entropy in 2025. The record journeys between hard-hitting riffs, dance-ready beats and emotionally charged lyrics dealing with struggle, mental health and personal conflict — yet always grounded in honesty and cohesion. LEAP’s live shows are intense and immersive, combining visceral energy with a communal vibe and authentic performance. With Entropy, the band positions itself at the forefront of a new wave of UK rock — uncompromising yet melodic, dark yet cathartic, unafraid to confront pain while offering release through sound.
