Incubus is an American rock band formed in 1991 in Calabasas, California. It was founded by vocalist Brandon Boyd, guitarist Mike Einziger, and drummer José Pasillas while they were in high school. Later, bassist Alex "Dirk Lance" Katunich and DJ Gavin "DJ Lyfe" Koppel joined the band. Incubus has achieved international fame and sold over 23 million albums worldwide.
Their musical style encompasses alternative rock, alternative metal, funk metal, and nu metal. Their most notable album is Morning View from 2001, which achieved double platinum status. Some of their most well-known singles include "Drive," "Wish You Were Here," and "Nice to Know You."
In 2024, Nicole Row joined the band as the bassist, replacing Ben Kenney, who left the group due to health reasons.
