HVOB (Her Voice Over Boys) is an electronic music duo from Vienna, composed of Anna Müller and Paul Wallner. Formed in 2012, their music is known for its minimalist style that blends electronic beats with emotive vocals. Their sound balances between melancholy and danceable energy, creating atmospheric compositions with a strong emotional impact.
The duo first gained recognition with early releases online and quickly moved on to perform at major festivals. Their self-titled debut album "HVOB" came out in 2013, followed by the visually ambitious project "Trialog" in 2015, which helped establish their international presence.
Their third album "Silk," released in 2017 and created in collaboration with guitarist Winston Marshall, brought a darker and more mature sound. This was followed by "Rocco" (2019) and "TOO" (2022), in which HVOB further explored rhythm, structure, and emotional depth.
They are particularly known for their impressive live performances, which feature custom-designed lighting and carefully curated visuals. HVOB tour globally, captivating audiences with a unique combination of intimate mood and strong stage presence.
