High Vis is an English rock band formed in 2016 in London. Emerging from the city’s hardcore punk scene, the band was created by members of various underground groups and quickly developed a distinctive sound that blends hardcore punk with post-punk, indie rock, and other influences.
The band’s lineup includes vocalist Graham Sayle, guitarists Rob Hammeren and Martin MacNamara, drummer Edward “Ski” Harper, and bassist Jack Muncaster. While there have been lineup changes over time, the core creative direction has remained consistent.
High Vis gained early attention with a series of EP releases in 2017, which helped establish their presence within the UK underground music scene. Their debut album No Sense No Feeling was released in 2019, marking a significant step forward in their career.
Their second album Blending (2022) expanded their audience and brought greater international recognition, while their third album Guided Tour (2024) further solidified their reputation as a leading modern rock act.
Musically, High Vis combines aggressive hardcore energy with melodic and atmospheric elements. Their songs often address themes such as social issues, personal struggles, and emotional resilience.
