Electric Callboy

Electric Callboy are a German band formed in 2010 in Castrop-Rauxel, notable for their hybrid of electronic, metalcore and post-hardcore sounds. Originally known as Eskimo Callboy, they rebranded in 2022 to align with changing cultural awareness and to step beyond previous naming conventions. Their music fuses heavy riffs and breakdowns typical of metalcore with pulsing electronic beats, dubstep drops and party-driven melodies. Lyrically and visually, they embrace humor, spectacle and dance-floor energy rather than purely “serious” metal tropes. Their live shows are high-impact, theatrical and built around audience engagement. With the release of the album Tekkno in 2022, under their new name, they achieved major commercial success, reaching top chart positions in Germany and expanding their global presence. Through collaborations, bold singles and lively tours, Electric Callboy represent the collision of hardcore intensity and club-friendly aesthetics — a band that refuses to be boxed in and invites listeners into a raucous, genre-blurring experience.
