Dear all,
We would like to inform you that the event has been cancelled due to logistical problems on the tour and will unfortunately not take place.
Refunds for purchased tickets will be processed automatically by Eventim, so there is no need to submit a refund request. We kindly ask for your patience.
Refunds will be made to the card used to pay for the order. If we are unable to process the refund to the specified card, we will contact you back.
If you purchased tickets from Sales Partners, you must contact info@eventim.hr and attach a photo of the tickets and provide the account number and owner in order to process the refund.
Refunds cannot be requested at points of sale EXCEPT for tickets purchased from the Organizer - Fortress of Culture Šibenik, or for tickets purchased at the box office of the Arsen House of Arts in Šibenik.
