Magla Bend is a Serbian pop-folk band formed in Belgrade in 2007 that has grown into one of the region's most popular live acts over nearly two decades. Blending emotional ballads with a contemporary pop-folk sound, the group has built a loyal audience through heartfelt performances, successful concert tours, and songs that have accumulated millions of streams across digital platforms.
The band was founded by Miodrag Cvjetan Mića, Milan Tanasijević, and Darko Trojanović. Its name was inspired by the legendary song "Magla" by Josipa Lisac, which the group frequently performed during its early years. A defining moment in the band's development came with the arrival of vocalist Vladan Savić, whose distinctive voice and emotional delivery soon became the group's signature and played a major role in its growing success.
Like many artists from the region, Magla Bend spent its early years performing in clubs, at weddings, and in smaller concert venues, steadily building its fan base through live performances. Their breakthrough came in 2018 with the release of the ballad "Samo se noćas pojavi", which quickly became a major regional hit and remains the band's best-known song.
The success of that single was followed by a string of popular releases, including "Da li bi me volela", "Čini mi se", "Da bog da", "Ne znam gde si", and "Fali mi". One of the band's biggest successes came with the duet "Neprijatelj", recorded with Nataša Bekvalac, which became one of the most successful regional hits of recent years and further strengthened the band's position on the contemporary music scene.
In recent years, Magla Bend has experienced the strongest growth of its career. The band has sold out Belgrade's Sava Centar multiple times, confirming its reputation as one of the region's leading concert attractions. Their live performances are known for their emotional intensity and close connection with audiences, while frontman Vladan Savić has often emphasised that sincerity is the defining quality of both the band's music and its relationship with fans.
Following years of successful performances across the Balkans, Magla Bend announced its first major solo concert in Croatia, scheduled to take place at Arena Zagreb. The event marks another important milestone in the band's career and reflects its continuing rise as one of the leading names of the new generation of regional pop-folk music.
