Davor Bilman, known as the Personality Scanner, is an expert in personal development, communication, sales and coaching, with more than twenty years of experience in the sales sector. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, majoring in Organization and Management, and then completed a postgraduate study in Business Marketing. He spent his early professional years working in the automotive industry in sales management positions, and then joined Vernar Adria d.o.o. as an Executive Training Specialist, where he further improved his teaching, motivational and coaching skills. In 2013, he founded his own company, Faktor B d.o.o., and from 2019 to 2025, he was also a co-owner of the BSB Events d.o.o. agency. Davor is a licensed trainer and lecturer for workshops and topics in leadership, sales, communication, teamwork, business negotiation and coaching. His approach is based on the application of practical experiences from the business world, and he particularly emphasizes his ability to very quickly “scan” a person’s personality – within a few seconds – based on visual, verbal and communication cues. He has built these skills over years of practice, learning how business and personal communication overlap. His motto is: “Today I know less than I will know tomorrow”, which illustrates his philosophy of constant learning and development. Bilman holds “Personality Scanner” workshops and regularly collaborates with domestic companies such as Auto Hrvatska, Hilti Croatia, Unilever Hrvatska, Sport Vision and many others. Through his own projects and work with clients, he strives to motivate people to become more self-aware, more effective in communication and more successful in sales.
