🎉 What is FanBonus?

FanBonus is our loyalty program designed to reward your loyalty to the EVENTIM webshop.
With every purchase you make, you earn a 2% bonus on the total value of your order.

⏳ How and when can I use my FanBonus?

At the end of each calendar year, you will receive a FanBonus voucher by email, reflecting the total bonus you have accumulated during the year.

🔹 The voucher can be redeemed on your next purchase in our webshop
🔹 FanBonus vouchers are valid until October 31 of the current year
🔹 The expiration date will be clearly stated in the email containing your voucher

If you unsubscribe from the FanBonus program or delete your user account, your accumulated points will expire at the time of cancellation. Any vouchers already issued will remain valid until their stated expiration date.

👀 How can I check my FanBonus balance?

You can check your current FanBonus balance at any time in your EVENTIM user account under the “FanBonus” section.

At the beginning of each year, you will receive an email with your voucher in the form of a discount code, showing your total balance.

🧮 How is the FanBonus voucher amount calculated?

The voucher value equals 2% of the total amount of all paid orders.

The following are not included in the FanBonus calculation:

• gift card purchases
• use of marketing coupons
• cancelled or refunded tickets

❌ What happens if tickets purchased with a FanBonus voucher are cancelled?

If a FanBonus voucher is used for ticket orders that are later cancelled or unpaid, the redeemed voucher value will become invalid and will not be refunded or reissued.

🔄 Can I earn FanBonus retroactively for previous orders?

Orders placed within the last 24 hours will be included in the FanBonus calculation.
Unfortunately, older orders cannot be included retroactively.
