The Museum Of Lost Tales in Zagreb is a unique cultural space that fuses art, folklore, and multimedia into an immersive experience. The museum features several thematic rooms that guide visitors through different regions of Croatia — from Turopolje and Pokuplje to Zagorje, Istria, and Dalmatia — in search of fairies, witches, water spirits, shape-shifters, forest guardians, and other creatures from the rich tapestry of local folklore. Through a combination of illustrations, scenography, lighting effects, soundscapes, and puppetry, these stories are experienced with all senses.
