Event details

Jean Michel Jarre wrote music history: with his compositions, accompanied by a spectacular laser show stage, he creates a unique, visionary genre whose influence you can now find in artists like Air, Daft Punk, Chemical Brothers and Moby.

He holds so many records on the stage like no other modern musician: More than two million people watched his live stage show for the 200th Anniversary of the French Revolution in Paris, a few years later about 3.5 million people saw the triumphant appearance "Oxygène in Moscow". Jean Michel Jarre played in front of 1.3 million fans for the NASA in Houston, as well as for the pope, in front of another 800,000 listeners in his native city Lyon and as the first western musician in Peking and Shanghai after the death of Mao.
