* The tickets are personalized: Only the person whose name is on the ticket shall be allowed in the venue upon ID check
* Max. 4 tickets sold per customer, max. 1 order per customer. Breach of Terms and Conditions will result in cancelation of all tickets over this limit.
* Children under the age of 16 have to be accompanied by an adult older than 18 years
* Customer can ask for refund if they can’t attend the show until 14 days prior to the show

Wheelchair user enter for free, but must reserve their place on the Floor/Parter by purchasing a free ticket.
The escort pays the full price of the Floor/parter ticket.
Children up to 2 years old enter for free.
Children under the age of 16 can enter only if accompanied by an adult. The concert is not recommended for children under the age of 12.
