Paul Robert Potts, forty-year old tenor who made appearance in the show "Britain's Got Talent", will soon come to Croatia. Its first appearance in this country will take place 4th of June 2010. on the Šalata Zagreb.
Potts is unbelievable amateur tenor who, overnight, from unknown mobile phones salesman reached the status of megastar in the opera world.
His performance on this British show in 2007. was looked at more than a million times on YouTube and has been invited on Oprah Winfrey Show.
However, he first sang opera in 1999. at the karaoke competition dressed as Luciano Pavarotti. That same year he appeared in the musical game show My Kind of Music. Although he did not won it, he won eight thousand pounds, which was enough to pay for singing lessons in Italy during which he was chosen to appear in front of Pavarotti and Ricciarelli Katie. His career began with small roles in plays like Prince of Persia, and Turandot in the amateur company Bath Opera.
